How do the fixed prices work?
The menu prices are the real prices. For anything bigger we quote before we start, and the quote only changes if the job changes — with your agreement first.
What does “approve before you pay” mean?
We build the work and show it to you in a private preview. You pay only when you are happy with what you see.
How long does the work take?
Small fixes are usually back within one to three working days. A one-page site takes about a week; a full site two to four weeks. Your timeline is confirmed with the quote.
What if I don’t like the work?
Say so at the review and we revise it. If it is still not right, you do not pay for work you have not approved.
Where are you based?
Two studios — Saxmundham, Suffolk in the UK and Como, Lombardy in Italy — working with clients anywhere, in English or Italian.
Do you look after sites after launch?
Yes. Hosting is £29 a month with small fixes included, and monthly care starts at £69. If you would rather own everything outright, we hand it over with documentation.
