Plain handling of your information.
The short version: we collect what we need to answer and deliver your request, protect it, and do not sell it.

What we receive
When you start a project, Mavie receives the details you choose to send: your name, email, brief and any optional business, website, timing or budget information. The project desk also stores a shortened, non-reversible hash of the requesting IP address and a user-agent string for security and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer your enquiry, decide whether Mavie is a useful fit, prepare or deliver requested work, keep the service secure and maintain necessary business records. The usual legal bases are taking steps at your request before a contract and Mavie’s legitimate interest in operating a safe, responsive studio.
Who handles it
Information is handled by Mavie and service providers used for hosting, traffic protection, email delivery and private operator alerts. Those providers process information under their own security and data-protection terms. We do not sell enquiry data or use it for advertising profiles.
How long it stays
A project enquiry is kept in the project-desk database for no more than 12 months unless the conversation becomes active work or a longer period is required for business, tax or legal records. Security logs and copies delivered through email or operator-alert services follow the relevant account retention settings.
Your choices
You may ask what information Mavie holds about you, request a correction or deletion, or object to its use. Email [email protected]. We may need to retain limited information where the law requires it.
Cookies and measurement
This site does not use advertising trackers. Essential delivery and security systems may create short-lived technical records. Fonts are currently delivered by Google’s font service, which receives the technical request needed to provide them.
